How to return a product :

 

1) Create a "return label"

Print a label “ Retour ” with our complete address

 

2) Pack the product(s) with the return label

Pack the order in its original box (you can use different boxes, but where possible we strongly encourage recycling) and stick the new label, ensuring that the original label is well covered.

3) Drop off the product(s) at your nearest post office.

Drop off your return package at any Post Point in Belgium

4) Wait for a return confirmation.

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been correctly returned to our warehouse.
