1. What is this document ? Why is it important ?

These general conditions of sale (" Conditions de vente ") regulate the purchase of the products which we promote and sell on this Site ("_cc781905- 5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_Boutique ») as well as the shipping of said products within Belgium. “ Site ” refers to the website located at you make a purchase from this Site, we ask you to confirm your acceptance of these Terms of Sale and, if you answer in the affirmative, a contract subject to these Terms of Sale is formed between you and us. It is therefore important that you read these Terms of Sale carefully before placing an order for the purchase of Products on this Site (“ Commande ”).

2.Are Product descriptions and prices free of errors ?

We make every effort to ensure that the information concerning the Products is accurate and up to date. However, we cannot guarantee that the description and/or prices of the Products will be free from errors or that the Products will always be available when you wish to place an Order to purchase them.

Also, the colors you see on your screen may be influenced by your computer's settings and operating system. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that your computer will display exactly these colors.

We reserve the right to modify the information concerning the Products displayed on our Site, including those relating to prices, description and availability. However, these changes will not affect Orders for which you have already received an order receipt email (see below).


4. How can I make a purchase on this Site ?

We present here all the steps necessary to make a purchase (in legal terms, to make a purchase contract) on our Site. The procedure below is available in French.

1st step: you place an Order

To make a purchase, you must first place an Order for the purchase of products. We must then accept this Order.

To place an Order, you must be at least 18 years old. You will also need to select the Products on the Site, the delivery method that best suits you and, if you wish, you can choose other optional services, then finish by clicking on the button “_cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b -136bad5cf58d_BUY NOW ”. We will not accept any Order placed under terms other than those mentioned above.

2nd step: we acknowledge receipt of the Order

After placing the Order on the Site, you will receive an automated email acknowledging receipt of your Order (“ command receipt email ”). The order receipt email summarizes all the details of your Order (order number, product information, price, delivery address, delivery costs and other). Please note that the order receipt email is NOT yet an acceptance of your Order.

Step 3: Down payment through an alternative payment method

We usually receive payment for an order upon confirmation of shipment of the products concerned (see 4th step below).

However, if you prefer to opt for one of our alternative means of payment which allow you to make an initial payment, we will receive the payment during the order confirmation (see 2nd step above). See our payment terms for full details.

4th step: we confirm that the Products have been shipped – contract concluded !

Once we have accepted your Order, we will send you an email confirming that all or part of the products have been dispatched (“ dispatch confirmation email_cc781905-5cde- 3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_”).

The fact that you receive the shipping confirmation email means that your Order has finally been accepted and that the purchase contract established between you and us, and relating to the Products currently being shipped, is concluded. Said contract is composed as follows : your order ; our order receipt and shipping confirmation emails ; the conditions of sale in force at that time. No other terms and conditions apply.

The shipping confirmation email will contain an unmodifiable copy of the version of the Terms of Sale applicable at the time the purchase contract is entered into, for future reference.

When orders are not accepted

Although we endeavor to always accept Orders, we may however refuse them in certain cases, for example, si :

1. The information you have provided to us regarding your identity, age, payment details, billing, delivery address, is incomplete, incorrect or fraudulent ;
2. We have discovered an error on our Site regarding the Products you have ordered, for example, regarding the price or description displayed ;
3. The Products you ordered are unfortunately sold out or no longer available ;
4. We have reason to believe that you intend to resell the Products.

If we cannot accept your Order, we will contact you by email as soon as possible and in any event, no later than 30 days from the date of your Order. If we cannot accept your Order due to the unavailability of the Products, or because an error has occurred in the price and/or other information on our Site, we will refund the amount you have already paid for said Products.

If you have selected an alternative means of payment, it is possible, exceptionally, that we have already received your payment when we become aware of the unavailability of the products. In this case, we will contact you immediately and issue a full refund.


5. How can I pay for products ?

We accept several payment methods for purchases made on this Site. Further details can be found in ourPayment Terms.


6. When will the products be delivered ? Can I track my shipment ?

We offer several delivery options that allow you to choose the one that best suits your personal needs. Specific terms and conditions and different delivery charges may apply to different delivery options. Further details can be found in ourTerms of delivery.


7. I want to return a product purchased here. What should I do ?

We hope that your purchase on LML has given you full satisfaction, but we understand that you may wish to return all or part of the Products. You can return the products if you are not satisfied within 30 days of receipt (right of withdrawal).

In either case, you will receive a refund. You will find more details on the conditions and methods of return in ourConditions of rback.


8. Who can I contact if I have problems with a purchase or a Product or want to make a complaint ? Does LML provide after-sales service ?

If you have any problems or wish to make a complaint regarding a Product or a purchase made on this Site, or simply need after-sales service, you can contact us by following the instructions on our pageContact us, managed by our customer service.


9. What is LML's responsibility for problems arising with a purchase or Product ?

Our liability for damage caused by slight negligence shall, regardless of the legal basis, be limited as follows : (i) we are liable up to the amount of foreseeable damage typical of this form of contract due to a breach of material contractual obligations ; (ii) we shall not be liable for any slightly negligent breach of any other applicable duty of care.

The above limitations of liability do not apply to mandatory regulatory liability or liability for wrongful bodily injury. Furthermore, said limitations of liability do not apply if and insofar as LML has assumed a specific guarantee. The above provisions apply accordingly to our liability for unnecessary expenses.

Either way, you must take the necessary steps to avoid and limit the damage.

Please also note that we cannot be held liable for any delays or inability to perform our obligations under these Terms of Sale if such delay or inability results from circumstances beyond our control including, for example, disasters natural disasters, war or civil unrest, strikes, government intervention, failure of our supplier(s), your failure to provide us with correct information or to make payments due. We will notify you of such unforeseen events as they occur and will do our best to minimize their impact on the performance of our obligations. In the event that said interruption extends beyond 2 weeks, you will be entitled to cancel the Order and obtain a refund.

Nothing contained in these Conditions of Sale affects the rights that the law grants you as a consumer, such as your right of withdrawal or your right to obtain a free guarantee for defective products according to the indications referred to in the clause 7 above. Nothing in these Terms of Sale excludes or limits LML's liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.


10. Are my personal data collected and processed on this Site ? Why ? How ?

By placing your Order, you agree that we may store, process and use your personal data for the purpose of processing your Order.

Use of this Site is also subject to our Website Terms of Use.
